Bistro One is located in the heart of Foxrock village just 2 minutes from the N11 or M50 (exit no. 15) and 15km from the city centre.
We opened in October 1992. Aimed firmly at the local neighbourhood market, whether you come in for lunch or dinner, the overall experience is familiar, seasonal and delicious. Our ethos and philosophy is geared towards you the customer and your enjoyment of our food and wine.
Today at Bistro One, 20 years on, we enjoy welcoming our loyal customers from both the neighbourhood and far afield….

Lunch from Noon
Dinner from 6pm
